🛠️ Warranty Policy

At LLRH, all our products include lifetime free software function upgrades and optimizations to ensure you always enjoy the best experience with evolving features.

LLRH also provides a one-year limited warranty on physical products purchased directly from LLRH, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Warranty Terms

  • The warranty period starts from the delivery date to the original end-customer, as evidenced by the official purchase invoice.

  • Only the original purchaser is eligible to claim warranty service.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

For any warranty-related issues, please contact us directly via email at llrhshop@gmail.com.
Please include:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • The official purchase invoice or order confirmation

You will receive a confirmation within 5 business days.

If your claim is approved:

  • We will repair the defective part free of charge.

  • If repair is not possible, we will replace the defective part with:

    • An identical part, or

    • A similar part of equal value, or

    • A new product, or

    • Provide an appropriate refund if no replacement is available.

Please Note:

  1. The warranty does not cover shipping costs or taxes for sending defective parts or receiving replacements.
